- 225 g Spelt flour
- 150 g Eggs
- 5 g Baking powder
- 5 g Salt
- 5 g Xylitol
- 10 g Olive oil
Preparation
- In a bowl, thoroughly mix the cottage cheese, spelt flour, two eggs, baking powder, salt, xylitol, and olive oil until a smooth batter forms.
- Shape the prepared dough into 4 bagels, making a hole in the center of each ball.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
