- 2 g baking soda
- 20 g potato starch
- 35 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml olive oil
- 400 g udon noodles
- 150 g bell pepper
- 45 g carrot
- 80 g button mushrooms
- 4 g garlic
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 50 g honey
- 10 g vinegar
- 25 g ketchup
- 10 g sweet chili sauce
- 15 g chives
- 5 g sesame
Preparation
- Cut the meat into thin strips. Mix with baking soda, cornstarch, 20 ml of soy sauce, pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of water. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, 20 g of soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, 10 g of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 2 tablespoons of water.
