- 300 g Hen eggs
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Mayonnaise
- 40 g 18% sour cream
- 15 g Grated horseradish
- 10 g Mustard
- 20 g Chives and dill
- 45 g Radish
- 50 g Fresh cucumber
Preparation
- Peel hard-boiled eggs from their shells and cut them lengthwise in half.
- In a frying pan, heat the butter. When it is hot, lay the eggs with the flat side down.
- Fry on medium heat for a few minutes, until the bottom of the eggs become golden and crispy. Then carefully turn them over to the other side and fry for a while.
