  2. Place eggs, cottage cheese, vanilla pudding and erythritol in a bowl. Blend everything to a smooth, homogeneous paste until all lumps disappear.
  3. Pour the finished mixture into a cocktail pan, which you have previously sprayed with oil or lined with baking paper.
  4. Place the cocktail pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes.
  5. After baking, take out the cheesecake and let it cool completely. Then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours to let the mixture set well.
  6. Before serving, top the protein pudding with salted caramel flavor and sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
