- 200 g ground chicken
- 230 g wheat flour
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 8 ml olive oil
- 50 g carrot
- 50 g soy sauce
- 20 g Sriracha sauce
- 50 g red onion
- 5 g garlic
- 15 g chives
- 5 g black sesame
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, grated carrot, chopped red onion, pressed garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, and pepper. Set aside for a moment.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with 190 g of wheat flour, kneading until the dough is smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part into a small round, using the remaining flour to dust the surface.
- Place a portion of the filling in the center of each pancake and fold the edges over to form pouches (dumplings).
- Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes.
- After steaming them, heat some olive oil in a skillet and fry the dumplings, covered, for about 5 minutes, until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
