Ingredients
- 200 g light country cheese
- 2 szt eggs
- 40 g spelt flour
- 70 g paprika
- 100 g zucchini
- 40 g tart mozzarella
- 1 łyżeczka salt
- 0.5 łyżeczka pepper
- 1 łyżeczka smoked paprika
- 1 łyżeczka sweet paprika
- 1 łyżeczka herbs de Provence
Preparation
- Add 200 g of light country cheese, 2 eggs and 40 g of spelt flour to a large bowl. Thoroughly mix the ingredients with a fork or whisk until smooth.
- Finely dice 70 g of peppers, and grate 100 g of zucchini on a fine grater or chop very finely. Add the vegetables to the cheese mixture along with 40 g of grated mozzarella.
- Add spices: 1 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon bell pepper, 1 teaspoon each of smoked paprika, sweet paprika and herbes de Provence. Mix the whole thing thoroughly so that the ingredients combine.
