- 227 g linguine pasta
- 680 g ground beef 93% lean
- 5 g salt
- 3 g black pepper
- 30 g garlic
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 40 g spring onions green
- 40 g brown sugar
- 120 ml low-sodium beef bouillon
- 45 g hoisin sauce
- 120 ml low-sodium soy sauce
- 8 g cornstarch
- 60 ml water
- 1 g red chili flakes
- 5 szt avocado oil spray
Preparation
- Cook linguine pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Chop garlic (6 cloves), grate ginger (20 g), slice spring onions (40 g). Mix cornstarch (8 g) with water (60 ml) to a smooth paste.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat, spray with avocado oil spray. Add ground beef (680 g), season with salt (5 g) and pepper (3 g). Fry for 5-7 minutes, until meat is browned and cooked through, stirring and breaking up.
- Add chopped garlic and grated ginger. Fry for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- Pour in brown sugar (40 g), pour in beef broth (120 ml), hoisin sauce (45 g) and soy sauce (120 ml). Add optional chili flakes (1 g). Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring, until the sauce boils and thickens slightly.
- Pour in the paste with starch and water. Stir vigorously for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the meat.
- Add the cooked pasta and half of the chopped spring onions. Mix everything thoroughly and cook for 2 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with remaining spring onions. Serve hot in 3 large portions.
