- 70 g Biang biang noodles
- 230 g Chicken fillet
- 100 g Spicy sugar-free ketchup
- 100 ml Coconut milk
- 20 g Peanut butter
- 20 g Miso paste
- 20 g Gochujang paste
- 50 g Edamame
- 10 g Cashew nuts
- 5 g Black sesame
- 100 g Onions
- 150 g Green peppers
- 15 g Garlic
- 5 g Chilli peppers
- 40 g Honey
Preparation
- Dice the chicken and season with your favorite spices (e.g. paprika, garlic, chicken seasoning). Set aside to marinate.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Heat a little fat in a frying pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, bell bell pepper and chili to the same pan. Sauté for a while.
- Add miso paste, gochujang, ketchup, peanut butter, honey and coconut milk. Mix everything thoroughly to form a smooth sauce.
- Add edamame and the previously fried chicken to the sauce. Heat for a while until the flavors combine.
