- 15 g smoked bacon
- 60 g mozzarella light
- 40 g red onion
- 5 g roasted onions
- 10 g chives
- 50 g green cucumber
- 40 g plain yogurt
- 15 g Philadelphia cheese
- 20 g Bieluch (white fatty cheese)
- 1 szt garlic
- 1 łyżeczka salt
- 1 łyżeczka black pepper
Preparation
- 0. Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix 40 g of natural yogurt, 15 g of Philadelphia cheese, 20 g of bleu, pressed garlic clove, a pinch of salt and pepper. Thoroughly combine to a smooth paste.
- 1. spread the pizza base (piada sfogliata) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 2. spread the prepared yogurt sauce evenly on the bottom.
