- 400 g Udon noodles
- 200 g Ground beef
- 60 ml Soy sauce
- 25 g Gochujang paste
- 30 ml Maple syrup
- 10 g Garlic
- 30 g Almond paste
- 15 ml Rice vinegar
- 30 g Green onion
- 5 g Fresh mint
- 20 g Roasted Onion
- 50 ml Hot water
Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of gochujang paste, pressed garlic, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.
- Fry the ground meat in a heated skillet. When it's done, pour in the sauce you prepared earlier and stir. Fry for a little while longer, until the flavors blend together.
- In the meantime, chop the green onions and fresh mint.
- Cook the udon noodles according to the package directions, then drain them.
