- 40 g Bee honey
- 150 g Shredded coconut
- 1 łyżeczka Salt
- 100 g 85% Dark Chocolate
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the skyr, honey, shredded coconut, and a pinch of salt thoroughly until a thick mixture forms.
- Transfer the mixture to a pan lined with parchment paper, smooth the surface, and place it in the freezer for 40 minutes.
- In the meantime, melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Remove the frozen mixture, pour the melted chocolate evenly over it, and return it to the freezer for another 40 minutes, until the chocolate sets.
- Once removed, cut it into smaller bars and serve.
