  1. Put Greek yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Cut leeks into thin rings, put them in a separate bowl and pour boiling water over them. After a few seconds, drain.
  3. Chop the pickled mushrooms and gherkins into small cubes.
  4. Add the prepared mushrooms, gherkins, leeks, both mustards, salt and pepper to the bowl with the yogurt and mayonnaise. Mix.
  5. Chop half of the dill and chives and add to the sauce. Stir again.
  6. Hard boil the eggs in salted water (about 7 minutes). Once cooked, run cold water over them, peel and cut into halves or quarters.
  7. Spread the sauce on a platter, arrange the eggs on it. Decorate the whole thing with the remaining dill, chives and sliced or coarsely grated radishes.
