- 4 szt round rice cakes
- 50 ml milk
- 5 ml vanilla syrup
- 150 g raspberries
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 20 g vanilla protein powder
- 15 g honey
- 30 g light cream cheese
- 20 g white chocolate
- 5 g coconut oil
- 5 g freeze-dried raspberries
Preparation
- Cook raspberries with lemon juice in a small pan for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened, then let them cool.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, honey, and light cream cheese until smooth to create the cream.
- Mix milk and vanilla syrup in a shallow dish.
- Quickly dip the rice cakes into the milk mixture and place the first layer in a dish.
