  1. Cook the millet, which has been lightly toasted in a skillet, in almond milk with instant coffee over low heat for 15–20 minutes, until it is very soft.
  2. Blend the cooled groats into a smooth mixture with 150 g of melted chocolate, 50 g of peanut butter, cocoa, 15 g of protein powder, soaked dates, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan (20x20 cm) and place it in the refrigerator.
  4. Blend the drained cottage cheese with the skyr until smooth. Add 150 g of peanut butter, honey, and 40 g of protein powder, then blend again.
  5. Dissolve the gelatin in 40 ml of hot water, let it cool, and add it to the cheese mixture, blending for a little while longer. Spread the cream over the crust and refrigerate for a few hours (preferably overnight).
  6. In a double boiler, melt 80 g of chocolate in coconut milk. Pour the cooled glaze over the top of the cake, smooth it out, and chill.
