  1. Place the cherry tomatoes in an ovenproof dish. Add 3 peeled garlic cloves and a sprig of basil, then pour olive oil over everything. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  2. Cut the mortadella slices in half, arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and place them in the oven (with the cherry tomatoes) for the last few minutes, until they become crispy.
  3. Prepare the basil sauce: Place the basil leaves from the pot, 1 clove of garlic, lemon juice, salt, and 80 ml of olive oil in a blender. Blend for a few seconds until smooth.
  4. Arrange the burrata on a large plate, gently tearing it apart. Drizzle it with the prepared basil sauce and tomato sauce.
  5. Arrange the roasted cherry tomatoes on top, drizzle the whole dish with balsamic cream, and sprinkle with crumbled mortadella chips. Serve with crusty bread.
