  1. Whisk the egg in a shallow dish. Briefly dip both rice paper sheets into the egg, moistening them on both sides.
  2. Place the two wet rice paper sheets on top of each other and spread the herb-flavored cream cheese in the center.
  3. Cut the small tomatoes in half and arrange them evenly over the cream cheese.
  4. Carefully fold the edges of the rice paper inward all the way around to form a small tart crust.
  5. Sprinkle the crust with sesame seeds, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  6. Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) using top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes, until crispy.
  7. Top with fresh basil and burrata (if desired), then enjoy while warm.
