- 600 g Chicken breasts
- 240 ml Buttermilk
- 150 g All-purpose flour
- 150 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 100 g Eggs
- 500 ml Vegetable oil
- 50 g Unsalted butter
- 80 g Honey
- 30 ml Hot sauce
- 15 g Garlic
- 20 g Spices (Paprika, Onion powder, Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper)
Preparation
