- 100 g Eggs
- 15 g Gochujang paste
- 14 g Butter
- 15 ml Neutral oil
- 40 g Mixed vegetables and herbs
Preparation
- Break up the leftover rice with your hands to remove any clumps. In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang and butter until well combined.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the rice and fry for 1 minute, then stir in the gochujang butter until the rice is evenly coated.
