- 800 g Russet potatoes
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 łyżeczka Garlic powder
- 30 g All-purpose flour
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 10 g Fresh garlic
- 5 g Salt and black pepper
Preparation
- Grate the potatoes and place them in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible to ensure crispiness.
- In a large bowl, combine the dried grated potatoes, grated parmesan, garlic powder, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Take small handfuls of the potato mixture, flatten them into patties, and place them in the hot skillet.
- Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Prepare the aioli by mixing the mayonnaise with the minced fresh garlic and a pinch of salt.
