  3. In a bowl, mix the spelt flour, erythritol, protein powder, eggs, cinnamon, baking soda, kefir, and skyr until smooth.
  4. Add the grated carrots to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon dip: melt the butter and mix it with erythritol and cinnamon.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan and spread the prepared dip on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
  7. After baking and letting it cool, decorate the top with cream cheese mixed with erythritol that has been blended into a powder.
