- 55 g Egg
- 400 g Ground beef
- 20 g Garlic
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 100 g Onion
- 150 g Sweet peppers
- 400 ml Sweet-and-sour sauce
- 45 g Tomato paste
- 200 g Grated mozzarella
- 200 g Plain Yogurt
- 10 g Parsley
Preparation
- Cut the tortillas in half. Roll each piece into a cone and secure it with a toothpick so it doesn't unroll.
