- 50 g spring onions
- 30 ml lime juice
- 10 g garlic
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 45 ml soy sauce
- 15 ml sesame oil
- 50 g cornstarch
- 100 g wonton dough
- 80 g mayonnaise
- 30 g Sriracha sauce
Preparation
- Chop or blend the peeled shrimp into smaller pieces.
- Add the chopped spring onions, pressed garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the bowl with the shrimp. Mix well.
- Add the cornstarch to thicken the mixture, and stir thoroughly.
