Preparation
- Prepare the starter: mix 1 tablespoon of flour, yeast, sugar, and 50 ml of lukewarm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining flour, 125 ml of water, 125 g of yogurt, salt, butter, and the proofed starter. Knead into a smooth dough, cover, and let rise for one hour.
- In the meantime, prepare the filling: sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil. Add the ground beef, spices (garam masala, salt, pepper), ketchup, and sriracha. Cook until the meat is done, then add the chopped parsley and set aside to cool.
