- 60 g mozzarella
- 20 g butter
- 10 g garlic
- 30 g Parmesan
- 10 g parsley
- 3 g salt
- 2 g pepper
- 2 g oregano
Preparation
- Blend the cottage cheese with the egg until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and oregano, then knead into a thick dough.
