- 50 g Breadcrumbs

- 1 g Salt
Preparation
- Boil the broccoli florets in salted water until tender, or cook them in the microwave with a splash of water on high for 8 minutes.
- Drain the broccoli thoroughly and mash it until it has a smooth consistency.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed broccoli, grated Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 5 portions. If using a filling, flatten one portion, place a piece of cheese in the center, and cover with more broccoli mixture to form a patty.
