- 80 g Rolled oats
- 40 g Oat flour
- 60 g Vanilla protein powder
- 240 g Ripe bananas
- 65 g Creamy natural peanut butter
- 3 łyżka Maple syrup
- 80 ml Dairy-free milk
- 1 łyżka Ground flax seeds
- 1 łyżeczka Baking powder
- 2 łyżeczka Vanilla extract
- 0.5 łyżeczka Salt
- 150 g Mixed berries
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9x9 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, dairy-free milk, ground flax seeds, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well until combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats and oat flour until the batter is uniform.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray, spreading it evenly. Optionally, add extra berries and banana slices on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into bars. Serve topped with an extra drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
