Ingredients
- 100 g dried dates
- 60 g almond butter
- 50 g corn flakes
- 100 g 70% dark chocolate
- 1 łyżeczka salt
Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the dates close together on the sheet, cover with another sheet of parchment paper, and roll them out into a flat, compact rectangle.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, then mix it thoroughly with the cornflakes.
- Peel off the outer layer of paper from the dates. Spread the almond butter evenly over the prepared base.
- Arrange the prepared chocolate-covered cereal on top of the layer of almond butter, pressing them lightly into the bottom.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the mixture to balance the flavor, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
