- 50 g Yellow onion
- 10 g Garlic
- 15 g Olive oil
- 150 ml Coconut milk
- 220 g Eggs
- 50 g Feta cheese
- 10 g Spices (chili flakes, sweet paprika, salt)
- 50 ml Water
- 5 g Fresh cilantro
- 20 g Red onion
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the diced sweet potatoes and sauté for a moment.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, chili flakes, and sweet paprika. Season with salt and stir.
